The conference took place in the premises of State University – Higher School of Economics. On September 23 rd , 2005 the fourth meeting of the Steering Committee of Russian-European Centre for Economic Policy (RECEP) was held in Moscow . On 3 June 2005 RECEP held a briefing for a group of Finnish diplomats. This was part of the familiarization trip to Moscow organized annually by the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs for its new employees. On April 27, 2005 RECEP had the honour to accept at its premises the Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Finland in Russia Mr. Harry Gustaf Helenius.
