For the last 15 years, Igor Kossikov has been working within the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), including the position of Deputy Director of RAS Ethnology Institute. He has extensive experience working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Soviet Union and teaching in various institutes (Lomonosov Moscow State University, Academy of Foreign Commerce). Ia was the Dean of the economics & management faculty at the Moscow energy institute. Petro Morgos is a seasoned lawyer advising clients on commercial law matters. For more than 14 years he has worked on projects assisting transition countries undergoing commercial law reform in preparation for WTO and EU accession. In Ukraine Mr. Morgos has designed a methodology for legislative drafting which was later used as a model by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. He has recently worked on a USAID funded project in Morocco with the Ministry of Justice and commercial tribunal judges. Dr. Morgos has been a Team Leader and Corporate Governance and Commercial Law Specialist working for an Asian Development Bank project in Kyrgyzstan where he directly advised the Prime Minister on policy and draft legislation regarding company law. As a former coordinator of the International Law Program of the Philadelphia Paralegal Institute, he taught courses in a wide range of comparative and international business and commercial law. |
