Report on the Results of Review of the Draft Law on Concessions Maria Bahnini 22 Dec 2004
This Draft Law is deemed to be a framework law and as such has been reviewed not only on the basis of the traditional criteria of framework legislation but also in compliance with the general lawmaking principles. Findings and recommendations have been prepared regarding the need to change the law structure and make it an impeccable and easily comprehensible legislative tool. Review of the Substance The clause-by-clause analysis of the Draft Law has been performed. Based on the results of the review recommendations have been prepared to substantiate the need to clarify certain definitions and make appropriate changes in the Draft Law.
