Russian Academy for Civil Service, Vernadskogo, 84 in Moscow
On Tuesday 15 March 2005 a Conference of the Civil Service Reform (Administrative Reform II) project will take place at the premises of the Russian Academy for Civil Service, Vernadskogo, 84 in Moscow .
The programme of the event focuses on the results of the first cycle and the plans to present for the second cycle and includes the following:
- Opening of the conference by the Chairman, Mr A.Kellermann, Team Leader
- Mr. M. Franco, Head, EC Delegation
Promoting administrative reform in the Russian Federation
- Mr. S. Savchenko, Deputy Head of Civil Service Directorate, RF Presidential Administration
Objectives and current status of the reform of the Russian civil service
- Mr. P. Chinilin, Head of social and economic policies of the Expert Department , RF Presidential Administration
Developing a decree on improving the compensation of civil servants
- Ms. N. Litvinova, main specialist, state regulation in the economy Department, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the RF
Implementing the decree on conflicts of interest in the civil service
- Ms. L. Petrova, Chuvassiya republic, Deputy Minister of Economic Development: Developing a methodology for performance budgeting
- Etc.
