Seminar: “State policy in support of competitiveness of industry and diversification of economy”

On February 4 th, 2005 a seminar “State policy in support of competitiveness of industry and diversification of economy” will be held from 14:00 till 18:00 in the premises of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation located at the address: Ovchinikovskaya Naberezhnaya 18, Moscow , Russia .
According to the plan of the seminar addresses will be delivered by:

- Dr. Garret Fitzgerald , Ireland (former Prime Minister of Ireland)
- Thomas Pickering , US Ambassador to Russia (Senior Vice President, the Boeing Corporation)
- Dr. Alfred Jay Watkins (the World Bank)
- Dr. Warrick Smiths , the World Bank (Director of WB 2005 Development Project)
Legislative and executive power bodies will be represented by:
- Administration of the President of the Russian Federation – Arkady Vladimirovich Dvorkovich, Head of the Presidential Administration’s Expert Department
- Government Office of the Russian Federation
