Annual Conference: Financial Market in 2005: Condition and Forecast

On December 21, 2004 the eighth annual conference will be held by the National Stock Market Association, the Federal Service for Construction, Housing and Municipal Economy with the participation of the Council of Federation and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Bank of Russia, and the Federal Service for Financial Markets, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia including the Government of Moscow and Administration of Saint Petersburg.
The conference will be held in the premises of the President Hotel, Moscow , Bolshaya Yakimanka str., 24.
The major subject of the conference discussions will be assessment of the new possibilities of the Russian financial market in the performance of strategic tasks of Russia ’s development. It is planned that relevant subjects will be discussed in the course of three plenary meetings. Among the participants there will be heads and representatives of public authorities including major actors of financial market and reputable experts and analytical centers.
The planned speeches will be delivered by O.V. Vyugin, Head of the Federal Service for Financial Markets, A.A. Kozlov, First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, A.G. Aksakov, Deputy Chairman of the RF State Duma Committee for Credit Institutions and Financial Markets, V.A. Averchenko, Head of Federal Service for Construction, Housing and Municipal Economy, A.B. Koshevarov, Deputy Director of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, A.N. Klepach, Head of Department of Macroeconomic Forecasting under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation and others.
